science is used in movies in many ways

     Science is used in special effects,visual effects and stunts.


     Stunts are used in many movies. They are made for when someone jumps off a building. Another thing they are used for is when someone gets caught on fire! Just yesterday I watched a movie that had stunts in it.


     Special effects are used in many movies. It is used for green screening. In Matilda the movie she has "magic" powers and the way that they make the things float is there are people is green screen suit and they pick them up. One time I was watching Matilda and I didn't know how she made the things "float".


     Visual effects are used in many movies. It is used for explosions. Also in the movie Matilda, Her dads car blew up. Just yesterday I say my dad watching a movie and I watched some of it and a bank blew up.


   That is How Special effects, visual effects and stunts are used in movies.

     If I could be anyone for a day I would be Mrs. Ginger. I would want to be her because she is             fashionable, creative and helpful. 

     I would also want to be her because she is fashionable. She is fashionable because every time I see her she's like wearing a skirt or something with jeans and like a candy shirt or something. I also like all of her clothes. One time I saw here at publix with really really cute pants and shirts. That is why she is fashionable.

     I would also like to be her because she is creative. She is really creative to think of all the things she thinks of for art. Another reason is she makes really creative abstract stuff. one time i went to her house and I saw a really cool rainbow E for Emma in her room.

     I would want to be her because she is helpful. She is helpful because when me and Emma couldn't reach something she got it for us. Another reason is because she teaches art and I like making crafts. The other day she helped me with Language arts. That is why she is helpful.

     That is why I think Mrs.Ginger is fashionable, creative and helpful.

     Gymnastics is a really fun sport.Gymnastics is awesome because you can flip and go upside down all day!It is also fun because you can jump on a trampoline.One time I went to open gym and I bounced on the trampoline the whole time. Now, you see that gymnastics is a fantastic sport!

Bad Kitty Gets A Bath

     Today I learned about a cats tongue. I learned that there are hundreds of tiny fishhook shaped barbs called "papillae". The little barbs will help her to comb her fur as the licks herself. Her tongue will also catch loose hairs that she could swallow. That is what I read today.

Judy Moody Predicts The Future

     Today I read about Judy Moody. She wants to figure out how a mood ring works. The first thing that she did was put it on her and see if it was true. Then the mood ring was black, that meant the she was mad at something. But that wasn't true because she wasn't mad at anything. Then, she went to go and make herself mad at something. Finally, she tried the ring on again and it was green witch meant that she was happy. That means the ring is opposite. That is what I read today.

    MI: Today I read about Henry trying to catch worms because he made a deal with his neighbor that one worm is worth one penny. P: Henry had to go to the park at night to catch worms. P: Henry had to convince his mom to let him stay up later than nine to go to the park to catch worms. I: Henry and his parents went to the park at night and they wet the ground and the worms came up. C:That is how I read about Henry catching worms.


 Henry tried to convince his mom to let him stay up later than nine to catch worms at the park because he made a deal with his neighbor that one worm is one penny. Then his mom said yes so he had to water the whole park so that the worms could come up to land. Finally he caught 234,678,009 worms. That is what I read today.

     Judy and stink for a parrot and really wanted it so they asked their mom and she said yes. Then the parrot got very very very anoing because he kept repeating everything they said. Then when they where listing props for the play they asked "who has a parrot" and Juddy  said that she did. Then when they went to the play the parrot keep's on repeating everything so he messed up the show.

     I read about Judy Moody and her brother Stink. It is Christmas eve and they go to do a play at their school. Judy's Play was Hawaiian so it was like  Eight Santa's surfing, seven sharks a-swimming, six flip-flops flapping and so on. And Stink was supposed to be a mouse but he switched himself to a big snowflake. That is what I read today.
